The inaugural Quantum PhDay 2024 conference will be held at ENS Paris-Saclay on June 4th, 2024. This event aims to bring together PhD students from the Quantum-Saclay community, providing them with the opportunity to showcase both their research and the research they are involved in. This event is also intended for master's students who would like to discover the landscape of quantum research at Saclay, as well as postdoctoral researchers.
Inscription to the conference is open up to the week before the fourth of June but feel free to apply earlier !

REGISTRATION AND SUBMISSION
This conference is organized by and for PhD students: therefore, please do not hesitate to submit an abstract to propose an oral contribution.
The submission of contribution proposals has been open since April 1st, 2024, and will close on May 15th, 2024. You can find the template to submit an abstract via this link.

Register (under the registration section): The deadline for registration/contribution submission is set for May 15th, 2024. Your participation will be confirmed via email.
Submit an abstract and/or a request for an oral contribution.
Selected contributions will be notified by May 21st.
REGISTRATION CONDITIONS
Registration for this event is free. It includes access to the conferences, as well as refreshments during breaks and lunch.
The number of participants is limited to 40 people.
